217hiphop.com x Torch Tuesday x Rich Taste Ent. Hip Hop School Supply Drive!

217hiphop.com has partnered with Torch Tuesday and Rich Taste Entertainment for a 3 part school supply drive. The festivities kick off August 19th at Torch Tuesday with performances from The Moonmen, AK217, Deezy, Soulja Mobb, and St. Louis' Uno Joven. Fans who bring a donation will be treated to a great show for only $1 at the place where hip hop lives... Bar None.

Part 2 of the 3 part affair takes place at Douglas Park (200 N. MacArthur, 62702) August 23rd, beginning at 2pm. In honor of Ms. Angel P's daughter Jasmyn's birthday the park will be transformed into an all ages hip hop experience. Showcasing the core elements of hip hop (dance, graffiti, rap, DJing). DJ Jus Ortiz will handle the bulk of the musical direction with guest spots from some of the best local DJs, a street art exhibition and live performances from Pytch Wyte, Habilis Riccardo, The Co Pilots, Jacc Breezy, Scoobie Da Lyricist, Woods G, Les Luger, and Vinal. Bring the whole family for a great day of hip hop and an awesome birthday party! 

Part 3 of the school supply drive happens at Four Seasons Sports Complex (1901 Truman Rd.) August 23rd, 9pm-1am. Jay Wills, Mz. Feb, Vinal, Rula, DJ Jus Ortiz and Mars Worthy will all be lending their talents to help bring in the school supplies. Fans who bring donations can catch another fantastic show for only $2. All school supplies collected will be donated to Springfield school district 186.
