Torch Tuesday and 217Hiphop.com have teamed up to give 4 Lucky artists the chance to perform on New Year's Eve at Bar None Springfield. 

The top two performers from the next two weeks at Torch Tuesday will win 10 minute performance slots. 

Contest entry is easy, there is a $10 contest entry fee, and contest performance slots are 5 mins. Just be in the building for your chance to rock one of the biggest events of 2014!
