The Road to #MWB8 comes through Springfield.

Dj Whobeta's "Midwest Best" artist showcases have awarded over $5,000 to independent artists. By creating an atmosphere for artists to thrive by bringing some of the Midwest's biggest music industry insiders, DJs, bloggers, label representatives, A&R's to one place to meet, evaluate new talent, and provide real time feedback.

With the 8th installment of the St. Louis based series taking place 1/21/17 at the famous Studio 618, Springfield's resident Hip Hop collective at Torch Tuesday decided to give Central Illinois recording artists a unique opportunity. "The Road To MWB8" performance contest at Torch Tuesday at Bar None, 1/17/17, will give a local artist/group the chance to compete for the grand prize!
